メチル化ビタミンB群の主なメリット

メチル化型のBビタミンは、体がすぐに使える“活性型”です。
通常の形(例:葉酸=フォリックアシッド、B12=シアノコバラミン)とは異なり、体内で変換する工程が不要。そのため、より効率的に働きます。
