オメガ3(フィッシュオイル)はいつ飲むのが効果的?

オメガ3サプリは「何時に飲むのがベスト?」とよく聞かれますが、実は“万人に共通する完璧なタイミング”はありません。もっとも大切なのは 毎日続けられる時間に、食事と一緒に飲むこと。とくに脂質を含む食事と組み合わせることで吸収率が高まり、副作用も抑えられます。

ここでは、朝・夜の違い、吸収に食事が大切な理由、そして習慣化のコツをわかりやすく解説します。


オメガ3脂肪酸は全身の健康を支える重要な栄養素

多くの人がEPAやDHAを十分に摂れていないと言われています。食生活だけでは必要量に届かない人も多いため、フィッシュオイルで補う人が増えています。オメガ3は次のような幅広い働きを持っています。

  • 少し胃に重さを感じることがある

フィッシュオイルは必ず“食事と一緒”に

オメガ3は脂溶性。
脂質を含む食事をとると胆汁や酵素が分泌され、EPA・DHAの吸収効率が高まります。

2. 胃の負担を軽減できる

食事と混ざることで、油が胃に浮くのを防ぎ、

    といった不快感が起きにくくなります。

オリーブオイル、卵、アボカド、ナッツ、乳製品、サーモンなど
