「オートファジー」という言葉を聞いたことはありますか?
直訳すると「自食作用」。ちょっと怖そうに聞こえますが、実は細胞の中をお掃除して若さを保つ、とても大切な仕組みなんです。
この記事では、オートファジーの基本から、断食との関係、活性化の方法までわかりやすく解説します。

オートファジーとは?

オートファジーとは、細胞が古くなったり壊れたりした部品を分解・再利用🔄する仕組みです。
👉 壊れたタンパク質や脂質、不要なミトコンドリア、さらには細胞に侵入したウイルスや細菌まで除去してくれます。
その結果、細胞はリフレッシュされ、健康を保ちやすくなります。

いつから始まる?

オートファジーは、細胞にストレスがかかったときに活発になります。

  • 紫外線や熱、毒素によるダメージ

  • 病原体の侵入

  • そして「栄養不足(空腹)」
